Hi, I'm Alex Laser (said like "laser beam"). Dynamic program management and energized eLearning solutions are my passion. With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of education, tech, and entrepreneurship --
I pride myself on building bridges among multiple stakeholders to yield innovative client solutions and measurable social impact.

I currently work at BUILD Greater Boston. BUILD is an organization dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities. As Senior Program Manager for BUILD Year 3 and Alumni Pathways, I upskill and mobilize cross-functional teams -- including BUILD students, teachers, alumni, CBOs, higher education, corporate partners, and C-Suite executives --
to empower the next generation of diverse leaders and global changemakers.

In my free time, I love biking around Boston, making art, and spending time with my two daughters, Elliot and Sloane.
My APPROACH
My theory of change is rooted education. The best program management is informed by sound instructional design. Whether interviewing clients, upskilling stakeholders, or assessing results - programmatic life cycles thrive in an ecosystem of curiosity and learning.

THE labYRINTH
One of my favorite New England getaways is Block Island, RI, where my wife and I celebrated our 7th anniversary in 2021 during the pandemic.

The logo of Laser eLearning Labs features a photo I snapped from the Sacred Labyrinth of Block Island, a meditative footpath maze located at the north end of the island. The winding labyrinth symbolizes my commitment to principles of learning and design that synchronize the mind, heart, and soul, much like this humble maze.
